Meet Our Staff
Tami
has been employed at our practice for over 14 years as a registered EFDA
(Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) and is a graduate of Mankato State
University, Mankato, Minnesota. She is a member of both PA & MN State
Dental Associations. She and her husband Jim hey have two children,
Andrea, who lives near Philadelphia, and Scott, who is in his senior year at
Kutztown University. The family also includes Isabelle, their Standard
Poodle. Tami enjoys golfing, gardening, fishing, piano and sewing. She looks
forward to visiting with her family a couple of times each year, back in the
Land of 10,000 Lakes!
Susan
has been employed at our practice for three years as a registered EFDA
(Expanded Function Dental Assistant). She received her certification from
Harcum College. Susan has lived in the area for 16 years. She enjoys being
a busy mother of two active young daughters, Madison and Mackenzie. Susan
enjoys going to the beach, and just recently, discovered the
adrenaline-rushing sport of drag racing (spectator).
Shelly, our Business
Manager, came to the office two years ago after 14 years in a similar dental
practice position. If you need to discuss financial matters or insurance
issues, talk to Shelly. She and her husband Steve have a daughter who lives
locally, and a son who lives in Arizona, , both married, and this year, a
granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, boating, gardening
and going to the Jersey Shore.
Kathy
joined the Fleetwood Dental family about 3 years ago as the receptionist and
scheduler. She feels that the most important part of her job is welcoming
our patients and making them feel comfortable and cared for. She says she
loves seeing the same people here and around town , school, and church.
Kathy has a young daughter, Samantha and several pets and has lived in the
area for the last six years. Kathy loves helping with Sunday School, her
church, and is involved with PTA functions at her daughter's school. In her
spare time, she enjoys music, working in the garden and reading.
Cheryl
has been practicing dental hygiene for twenty-five years and has become a
valuable part of our office only eight months ago. She brings with her
three years experience having most recently worked in a periodontal
practice. Cheryl resides in Exeter with her two children, Megan & Kenny.
When not following her son to his sporting activities, she supports her
boyfriend's band and loves to cook.
